Terms & Conditions for bdkb — Bangladesh's VIP Betting Platform

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the bdkb website located at https://bdkb.io, including all sub-pages, services, features, applications, and content made available thereon.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform, used to access betting, casino, and payment services.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, slots title, or any other outcome available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or loyalty rewards credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "VIP Programme" means the bdkb multi-tier loyalty scheme comprising Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers.
• "Game Providers" means third-party software studios whose games are offered on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required for account approval and withdrawal processing.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the operational time zone of the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the account registration process on bdkb, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, the VIP Loyalty Programme, deposit and withdrawal services, and any promotional offers. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and bdkb.

3 Eligibility and Registration

Use of the bdkb Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account's existence:

• You are aged 21 years or older. This age requirement is strictly enforced. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are registering as an individual for your own personal, non-commercial use. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You are not registering on behalf of any third party, and you will not allow any third party to access or use your Account.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated by bdkb for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are of sound mind and acting of your own free will. You are not registering under duress or compulsion.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitute a prohibited practice and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

By submitting a registration application, you authorise bdkb to conduct identity verification checks using the information you have provided. bdkb reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without stating a reason.

4 Account Management

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your Account is accurate, current, and complete at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdkb will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdkb immediately via [email protected].

KYC Verification: bdkb may require you to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — prior to approving withdrawals, processing large deposits, or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension.

Dormant Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. bdkb reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts, deductible from the account balance, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following deposit and withdrawal terms apply to all Account holders:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction across all supported payment methods, unless a specific method states otherwise.
• Supported Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Processing times vary: mobile financial service (MFS) deposits are credited within seconds; bank transfer deposits are credited within 15 minutes to 4 hours depending on the institution.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts using MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) receive funds within 15–30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or during national public holidays in Bangladesh.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals must, where possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.
• No Fees: bdkb does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bdkb's control.

bdkb reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if fraud, money laundering, or Terms & Conditions violations are suspected. In such cases, bdkb will notify the Account holder in writing at the registered email address.

6 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports wagers placed on the bdkb Platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and all other covered sports:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of bdkb. The Platform reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any wager without providing a reason, including bets placed by Players whose accounts are under review.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed at the point of bet placement and vary by market, event, and account tier. These limits may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match bets, the odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, unless the bet is void. For in-play bets, the odds accepted are those confirmed at the moment the bet is fully processed by the system, which may differ from the odds displayed on screen due to network latency.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the stated settlement window, manifest error in odds publication, feed failure during in-play markets, or match-fixing determination by the relevant governing body. Voided bets are refunded in full to the Player's account balance.
• Settlement: Markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. For cricket, this includes the ICC, BCB, BCCI, and the relevant domestic board. bdkb's settlement decision is final once confirmed.
• Manifest Errors: Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds — including odds resulting from pricing errors, data feed failures, or system malfunctions — may be voided by bdkb after review. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not payable.

7 Casino and Slots Rules

The following rules govern all casino and slots gameplay on the bdkb Platform, including live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slots titles from NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and all other Game Providers:

• Game Rules: Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in all matters relating to account management, payments, and conduct.
• Return to Player (RTP): Theoretical RTP percentages are determined by Game Providers and are disclosed within each game's information panel. bdkb does not alter Game Provider RTP settings. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live physical processes for live dealer games.
• Malfunction Voids Play: In the event of a technical malfunction of any casino game or slots title, all affected rounds are void and stakes will be returned. bdkb is not liable for losses or winnings generated during a confirmed system malfunction.
• Live Casino Conduct: Players using live dealer tables must conduct themselves respectfully at all times via any available chat function. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at dealers or other players may result in immediate removal from the table and suspension of the Account.
• Session Continuity: In the event that a live casino session is interrupted by a network failure on the Player's side, bdkb is not liable for the outcome of any affected round. Where a round result has been determined by the game server before disconnection, that result will stand.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

bdkb offers a range of bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible Account holders. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited.
• Eligible Markets: Wagering requirements must generally be met on sports betting markets with minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or higher, or on casino and slots games as specified. Bets placed on certain markets, including but not limited to Draw No Bet, Asian handicap, and cashed-out bets, may not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise. Depositing while an active bonus is in progress will not automatically trigger a second bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: bdkb reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close the Account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, placing low-risk hedged bets specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine sporting or gaming intent.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion: Requesting a withdrawal of funds before wagering requirements are fulfilled will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings. Only the remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal.

9 VIP Loyalty Programme

The bdkb VIP Loyalty Programme rewards Players across four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — based on accumulated wagering activity. Participation in the VIP Programme is subject to the following terms:

• Tier Qualification: Tier advancement is based on total real-money wagers placed within a rolling calendar month. Wagers placed using bonus funds do not count toward tier progression. Specific wagering thresholds for each tier are published in the VIP Programme section of the Platform and are subject to change.
• Tier Benefits: Each tier carries specific benefits including weekly cashback percentages, reload bonus rates, withdrawal priority, and (at Platinum and Diamond level) dedicated personal account managers. Benefits are applied at bdkb's discretion and are not contractually guaranteed beyond the current promotion period.
• Points Expiry: Loyalty points accumulated under the VIP Programme do not expire provided the Account remains active. An Account is considered active if a real-money wager has been placed within the preceding twelve (12) months. Accounts classified as dormant per Section 4 above will have loyalty points forfeited.
• Tier Review: bdkb reserves the right to review, revise, or discontinue the VIP Loyalty Programme at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to programme terms at least fourteen (14) days in advance wherever practicable.
• Abuse of VIP Benefits: Any Player found to be manipulating wagering activity for the sole purpose of tier advancement, without genuine betting or gaming intent, will be removed from the VIP Programme and may have their Account suspended.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdkb Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, or device.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or bdkb employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other technology to place bets or interact with games outside of normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Depositing funds from payment methods that are not registered in your own name.
• Reverse engineering, copying, scraping, or redistributing any part of the Platform's content, data, or software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdkb staff or other users via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdkb Platform — including but not limited to the bdkb brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, data, and game content supplied by Game Providers — is the intellectual property of bdkb or the relevant Game Provider, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of bdkb.

Any unauthorised use of bdkb's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdkb's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdkb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, even if bdkb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdkb does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability for which bdkb accepts no liability.

13 Privacy and Data

bdkb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal information will be used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and communication of promotional offers where you have consented to marketing communications. bdkb will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

bdkb employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and data transmission channels to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorised access.

14 Responsible Gaming

bdkb is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, configurable from your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session reminders and hard stop timers to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications at intervals of your choosing, summarising your current session's duration and net wagering activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which no deposits or wagers may be placed. Cooling-off requests are actioned within 1 hour of submission.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal, permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months and up to 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. 16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the bdkb Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bdkb makes no representation that the services offered on this Platform are appropriate or legally available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside of those we actively serve.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to bdkb's customer support team for informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the dispute being formally raised in writing to [email protected], the parties may pursue further resolution through the appropriate legal channels.

bdkb operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption, fair play certification, and responsible gaming standards consistent with industry best practices. We do not make representations regarding specific regulatory approvals by any government authority.
